The founding route is an open dock from Royal Guard to Royal Guard, with bQueenBee diplomatic disclosure and full, informed, revocable consent. Thai/Rama X is the original worked reference case in the 2026-08-20 register; it records a proposed approach, not royal endorsement.
Representation follows each community and polity’s own institutions. A title alone does not attest a translation or pronunciation. Speaker reviews record the language, dialect, source text and exact recording separately from diplomatic consent.
Current PLUR recordings remain machine previews awaiting speaker assessment. Review drafts do not confer community attestation or royal approval. Any court or government correspondence remains founder-led under the recorded protocol.

Latvian word, and it means beautiful. This is its dictionary entry, laid out the way a
dictionary lays one out — where the word came from, what it means (it means four things), and how it
changes shape in a sentence.
