The explorer renders every other project's inscriptions. This is ours — seven hexrect pieces, embedded and drawn in your browser from the packed format itself. The decoder reads both wire formats: v1 (8-byte records) and v2 (versioned, palette-indexed, run-length) — detected by the version byte, never assumed. Every pixel is computed here; nothing is a stored image.
