deployed May 2024, heard for minutes, silent since June 3. The seed is the score: it picks the key,
walks the scale, sets the tempo. Same seed, same song, forever. Credit to the fallen anon artist.

Tinker: the number is the composition. Change one digit and the song changes —
the key, the melody walk, the bar colors, all of it derives from that one number. Roll the dice for a
song you've never heard; when you find one you love, copy the song-link — that number is the record.
Rendering: scale name → interval set (13 scales mapped); seed % 12 picks the key; seed bits walk
the scale; duration → note length; barColorTop/Bottom paint the bars. This is the calibration bench for the
encoder to come — every seed here is a candidate inscription.
