Welcome in — this is your day at the festival, and your day costs nothing and asks nothing: no ticket, no account, no wallet. Every part of the floor below is a real, working piece of the hive it tours. If a door is not built yet, it says so on its face.

Method: a static, keyless dApp face — zero server state, zero credentials, zero telemetry. Each beat wires an existing rail and names it: the corpus (26 tongues, machine-drafted ⚙ until a human attests), the register layer, the optical pairing demo, the kandi codec, public-RPC economy reads (failover, honest failure rendered as failure), and the WCAG-2.3.1-bound animation law. Unbuilt lanes are declared gates, never faked liveness.

THE FLOOR — the 127-comb rig, liveLIVE

The light above your head is the estate's own hexagon — the 127-cell comb, the shape the founder ruled highest-impact, rendered fresh in your browser with beams and drifting sparks. The same rig, at festival scale, is a real build: the proving ground link below is its bill of materials.

look up: 127 cells of the comb breathing in the four PLUR colors — deterministic, so every visitor tonight sees the same rig — beams sweeping slow, sparks rising. when you've had enough light, the calm tent is a beat away and its button means it.

Screens can talk to cameras using nothing but brightness — that is the estate's optical lane. Two devices that have never met can be introduced by one blinking at the other. The demo is one click away.

no cables, no codes, no accounts — the screen itself speaks, the camera listens, and two strangers are paired. it's the bLighTbeAM, the estate's oldest trick, live behind this door.

The mUseUm's ritual wing, alive: string beads, spell a word, and gift the bracelet through the four-step handshake. The gift travels as a little text string; the etiquette — right arm trades, left arm keeps, made-for-you never re-trades — is enforced in code.

THE ECONOMY BOARD — live dials, keyless readsLIVE

The festival has a meter panel, and it reads the chains themselves — gas price, the latest block, the work in it — straight from public endpoints that cost nothing to ask. If the reads can't reach your browser, the dials say so; they never pretend.

Methods, per dial: eth_gasPrice (log dial 0.005–5 gwei) · eth_blockNumber · eth_getBlockByNumber → gasUsed (dial 0–30 Mgas). Every festival needs a quiet tent, and this one is real: the button below dims the whole rig to stillness — beams, sparks, comb — and the page obeys the same law unprompted if your device asks for less motion.

the tent is a feature, not a fallback. one press and the floor goes still — every light on this page, quiet in one breath. press again when you're ready; the rig will be right where you left it, same as it is for everybody.

The flash laws, enforced and stated: nothing on any estate page flashes faster than 3 Hz (WCAG 2.3.1); prefers-reduced-motion yields a full, dignified static experience; all animation pauses on document.hidden. When you leave, you can leave a note the hive can verify — a signed review of any surface, in the grammar the estate reads. And if one of the twenty-six tongues is yours, one evening of attesting turns its machine drafts into a signed record with your name on it.

THE FAMILY — the doors not built yetGATES

This attendee day is the first face of a family the founder has named: the Producer, the movement artist, the Sound artist, the Visual artist, the LiGhT worker, the energy container holder (the empath), the Magician, and the kandi kid. Most of those dApps are not built yet — and per this estate's law, unbuilt looks unbuilt. One door is different: the kandi kid's bar is already open. What will land behind each door is written on it.

the family's coming — producer, movement, sound, visual, LiGhT workers holding the beams, empaths holding the container, magicians holding the impossible, kandi kids holding the culture — and every door says plainly gate or room. no fake liveness, no coming-soon theater: what lands behind each one is printed on the card, and the kandi kids' room is already open.

Multi-dApp doctrine (build.html): each family dApp ships as its own surface holding a child seed, never the root, riding the same mesh. The founder rules naming; these cards carry his plain words and nothing invented.
