🛡 the ROYAL GUARD
One deck for the whole house. The DAO where the .b names live, the two treasuries that feed the archive, and your wallet — married into one calm page with one rule above the door: this deck never holds a key and can never spend. Pick a door below; each opens one step deep, never a maze.
the command deck — LOVErnment DAO panels · dual-treasury dials · the wallet manager's read side — one continuous surface, three depths for every number, zero custody anywhere.
Unified read instrument: Vaulta DAO state (get_table_rows · kingbeelovis), ERC-20 + eth_getBalance via public Arbitrum RPC failover, bzDiD root surface (did:plc + npub). Zero write paths. Persona registers remap prose density only — constants are register-invariant by law.
🚪 THE THREE DOORS — married on one deck, one click deep
Everything the house owns to watch, in three doors. The first is where
the community steers; the second is where the money lives; the third is you. Nothing here can
move anything — the Guard watches, the founder's keys act.
three instruments, one breath — the DAO floor, the treasury cockpit,
the wallet's read side. live links throughout, every number's source printed under it at the parent page.
aggregation surface over three existing instruments — no new data
paths, only one entrance. each door links its parent surface's live readers: dao-dashboard (Vaulta
tables), bantfarm (Arbitrum RPC ×2 / Vaulta ×3 failover), keys/ (bzDiD root ceremony pages).

the DAO
SKAISTS · LOVErnment on Vaulta — Respect standings, commissioning, emission headroom,
the breach banner, Circles & Spirit. Where the .b names are steered.
🐜the treasuries
ANT on Arbitrum One beside the DAO treasury on Vaulta — six live dials, session
sparklines, every read keyless with its method printed under it.
🗝the wallet
your bzDiD root — one soul, two rails (did:plc + npub), the real WebAuthn PRF
ceremony, addresses you can show and never lose. The manager's read side, zero custody.
🎛 THE THREE REGISTERS — one truth, three depths, why we reach more humans
The same number, rendered for three readers — and a register changes prose and
density, never a number; the three can never disagree about a fact. The 🐝/🎛/⚗ switch rides
every page in the estate (bottom bar), and the choice travels with you. This is how one deck
serves a first-time bee, a festival raver, and a cypherpunk auditor — without building three sites.
Below, a real external number (read live from ant.report 2026-08-22) shown all three ways:
🐝 bee — guided, minimal, generous
Storing one gigabyte on Autonomi for an hour costs about
$1.49 — or 21.1 ANT if you pay in the network's own token.
A day costs less per hour, like buying in bulk. A neighbor measured this for the whole
network; we checked their math against our own and they agree.
default register · never a downgrade · every number still real
🎛 raver — mid-density, vivid
21.1 ANT
1 h upload cost · 7 d settles to
$1.26 / 23.3 ANT · ANT $0.0408 · ETH $2,435
vividness lives in the chrome — never in the data encoding
⚗ cypherpunk — dense, receipts-forward
Upload cost per GB (est.), external oracle www.ant.report,
banner read 2026-08-22: 1 h $1.49 (21.1 ANT) · 7 d $1.26 (23.3 ANT) · ANT $0.0408 · ETH $2,435.

⚙ UNDER THIS DECK — the stack, said plainly (for builders)
How a deck like this is operated by our stack — and what is honest today:
this page itself is the estate's static-fleet pattern (HTML + vanilla JS, zero server state, zero
credentials, free to serve and free to read). The interactive production rails follow the same
discipline, layer by layer:
FRONT · htmx + AlpineJS
Progressive HTML, never a framework maze. htmx swaps fragments over the wire; AlpineJS
carries the small state (toggles, tabs, this very register switch's sibling patterns).
The learning curve stays Apple-flat: the page IS the app, the browser stays the browser.DATA · sqlite by default, postgres by function
Right-sized persistence. sqlite for every surface's own ledger and caches (zero-ops,
embeddable, git-friendly exports); postgres where many writers or function demands arrive
(metering at scale, the bounty board's queue). Never a database for a static page's ego.KERNEL · the Rust crates
The instrument layer, tested and receipted:
wallet-relay (the relay + heartbeat) ·
bindexer (Base measurement) ·
escrow-engine ·
reputation-engine ·
bmesh-meter (17 tests, mutation-proven).
Keys are founder-held; every crate is keyless in operation.LAW · what this deck may never do
Read and verify; never hold, never spend. No key input, no seed phrase, no write path
anywhere on this surface. Wallet-gate law: any spending function sits behind a wallet session
elsewhere in the eco; viewing — here and everywhere — stays open.📡 THE EXTERNAL VANTAGE — the neighbor whose rig watches the network
Our Guard watches the house; the neighbor's rig watches the network.
www.ant.report — independent,
unofficial, self-funded — runs 16 sections and 167 live panels across five geographic vantage
points (Location A–E): vnodes, audits, KAD topology, replication, storage forensics, bandwidth,
versions, geography. Captured live 2026-08-22, with respect:

🤝 the standing offer, from our deck to theirs:
failover mirror or a free vantage point on community iron — zero burden, no repo access, no
obligation (the bMeshAsi exchange · exhibit 1).
Two independent rigs already converged within a point on the network's storage costs; that is the
culture this deck is built to serve: measure together, publish everything, trust the receipts.
