how progress is documented, monitored, measured, and independently verified: documented — the plan is a receipt you compose and hold; this page has no account, no server, no database, and the hive never receives your food log. monitored — by nobody, by design; an operator who watches your intake is a party who can be subpoenaed, breached or sold. measured — two different things: what the food contains (these pages, from cited records) and what your body did with it (an accredited lab panel); only the second measures you. independently verified — the arithmetic: every input is a published record a stranger can refetch (USDA FDC 170148, the NASEM DRIs, the DGA 2025–2030 protein goal), so anyone recomputes the receipt and catches us wrong — but no stranger can verify that you ate it, and no page here will pretend otherwise. the full four-question table and the evidence ladder live on the Hexagon, §7.
