every operation here is a supervised mission. you approve the mission and its spending ceiling; the team works in a Buzz room; a separate reviewer verifies; every meaningful action leaves a receipt. nothing is spent above the ceiling, no scope grows silently, and a stop from you halts everything.

the LOVErnment runs care as governance — mīlestība ir karalis, love is king. missions ride the same floor: the founder holds the faders (approval, ceiling, stop), the crew plays the set, and every act lands in the ledger so the morning after still tells the truth.

off-chain first rail: proposals and hash-chained receipts with testnet accounting, local-first over a deterministic seed. the Buzz relay wire and the ERC20i treasury are later rails — named, not claimed. verify the chain; trust nothing unlabeled.
