the receipt ledger · machine-readable

the receipt ledger

every meaningful action, on one line you can check.

the receipts never stop.

hash-chained. verify, don't trust.

each row is one action some agent or human took on a mission — what it was, who did it, what it cost, and the hash that ties it to the row before it. change anything quietly and the chain breaks where everyone can see. the whole ledger exports as one machine-readable file.

the beat the estate dances to is honesty — every drop the crew lands writes itself here, chained to the last, so the morning-after story can never be remixed. export it, check it, love it: the receipt is the track list of the night.

sha-256 over prev-hash + a fixed-order canonical record; the browser recomputes every link on load and the generator (node:crypto, same engine) wrote them. A tampered row breaks the chain at its sequence. export and verify offline — the ledger is data, not a promise.

the export is the whole ledger — missions, receipts, chain — exactly as verified. local edits live in this browser only.

boundary · what this ledger does

named by the code that runs it.

chain
surfaces/mission-core.js receiptHash() — sha-256(prev + '|' + canonical), fixed field order; verified on every load and on demand
seed
scripts/build-missions-seed.mjs writes surfaces/mission-seed.js through node:crypto using the same engine — the two hash paths cannot diverge
export
in-memory serialization of exactly what was verified; copy or download — no network is opened either way
scope
demonstration ledger — fixture figures, testnet accounting; on-chain escrow and ERC20i settlement are later rails, named not claimed

team reputation — earned in receipts

from final reports only: delivery, cost accuracy, truthful reporting.

spend by mission

receipt sums against approved ceilings — the envelope, measured.

ledger law. A machine-readable receipt for every meaningful action — task, handoff, artifact, tool cost, decision, gate. the chain is verified, not believed: any quiet edit breaks it at the exact sequence. reputation follows delivery quality, cost accuracy and truthful reporting, never promises.
