disagreement is an exhibit with a settlement path, never a verdict. the page iterates the
way this organism iterates: rows land and change by commit, each with its receipt —
the git history is the debate transcript, and a claim that cannot be receipted does not
enter. both sides are empowered to co-create: every row names what each side brings.

Scope fence, stated rather than hidden: this
page compares the food, agriculture, and transparency lanes — where our receipts
reach. the MAHA agenda also spans vaccines, fluoridation, wireless and medication policy;
those lanes are not compared here because our tree holds no graded evidence on them, and a
comparison without receipts is an opinion wearing a table. they are cited only by reference
in the record list. effect claims (what a substance does to a body) are Axis B on this
organism — they live off-repo behind graded evidence, and neither protocol's causal

stance on the food industry "exactly correct"; Governor Polis said he was
"excited" — the co-creation lane is real politics, not wishful thinking.

tiered evidence ladder, and a receipts-first publishing discipline in production on 34
public surfaces. nothing in it requires permission or budget to adopt — it is AGPL
infrastructure looking for a mandate.
