A dual-receipted comparison instrument: every MAHA claim cites a
dated primary document (Federal Register, govinfo, the court's own opinion — link status
measured from this host and printed per citation), every bFood claim an in-tree record.
Rows carry state (✓ align · ⊕ complementary · ◐ open) + a named settlement path; corrections
land by commit and confess in place — one claim was deleted as false, the deletion is on the
page. Scope-fenced to lanes where our receipts reach; effect claims stay Axis B.
Two projects care about the same plate. This page puts them side by side — with a receipt for every claim.

MAHA
A government food commission. It names poor diet first.
bFood
An open measurement project. Every food number carries a receipt; a missing measurement is never printed as zero.
They meet on honest food facts: diet as something to look at, labels that do not hide a missing measurement, and a test any mandate can use.
The leftover questions wait on evidence both sides can check.
THE CHARTER — how this discourse runs
Every position on this page carries a receipt — a dated document or
action on the MAHA side, an in-tree record on ours. where the two protocols disagree, the
disagreement is an exhibit with a settlement path, never a verdict. the page iterates the
way this organism iterates: rows land and change by commit, each with its receipt —
the git history is the debate transcript, and a claim that cannot be receipted does not
enter. both sides are empowered to co-create: every row names what each side brings.
FOUNDER-DIRECTED — *"a reference scientific agentic iterative
discourse always focused on maintaining eco homeostasis/symbiosis of the two protocols… empower
both sides to co-create synergy."*
Scope fence, stated rather than hidden: this
page compares the food, agriculture, and transparency lanes — where our receipts
reach. the MAHA agenda also spans vaccines, fluoridation, wireless and medication policy;
those lanes are not compared here because our tree holds no graded evidence on them, and a
comparison without receipts is an opinion wearing a table. they are cited only by reference
in the record list. effect claims (what a substance does to a body) are Axis B on this
organism — they live off-repo behind graded evidence, and neither protocol's causal
sentences are asserted here as fact.
THE TWO PROTOCOLS, ONE SENTENCE EACH
MAHA — the state protocol Executive Order 14212
(signed Feb 13 2025, published 90 FR 9833) establishes the President's Make America Healthy
Again Commission, chaired by the Secretary of HHS. Its Assessment names four potential
drivers of childhood chronic disease — poor diet first, then environmental chemicals,
inactivity and stress, overmedicalization — and the Commission has moved on dyes, SNAP
restrictions, pesticide scrutiny, and a September 2025 national strategy.

(AGPL) nutrition-instrument stack: a per-body reference-intake engine (the EER equations,
DRI tables), a lot-level COA specification with an LOQ floor law, three display laws
(NotMeasured ≠ 0 · never an undifferentiated "saturated fat" · never a "total" without its
panel size), and an evidence ladder that refuses to let a plan masquerade as a finding.

THE SYMBIOSIS LANES — what each side brings, and the co-creations waiting
⚙ what MAHA uniquely holds
Federal levers no
open project can reach: labeling authority (the dye phase-out shows the reach),
procurement (school food, military, SNAP experimentation — the June 2026 ruling
itself named the lawful shape: "experimental projects"), and research direction
at NIH/FDA scale. bipartisan receipts exist for the food lane — Senator Sanders called the
stance on the food industry "exactly correct"; Governor Polis said he was
"excited" — the co-creation lane is real politics, not wishful thinking.
🔬 what bFood uniquely holds
A working
measurement grammar, free and open: the lot-COA specification (LOQ floor, ≥200-analyte
pesticide screen, no-blank-cells), the three display laws, a per-body reference engine, a
tiered evidence ladder, and a receipts-first publishing discipline in production on 34
public surfaces. nothing in it requires permission or budget to adopt — it is AGPL
infrastructure looking for a mandate.
🤝 five co-creations, ready to start
1 · lot-level COA transparency — our spec as a voluntary federal standard: any food,
any producer, one record shape, stranger-verifiable. 2 · NotMeasured ≠ 0 as label law — a regulation-ready grammar for the difference
between "absent from the panel" and "zero", the exact error class that misleads label readers. 3 · fatty-acid chain-length disclosure — serves BOTH camps of the seed-oil fight:
the reader sees the classes are different quantities before anyone tells them they behave
differently. disclosure without assertion is the homeostatic move. 4 · receipts-disciplined publishing — the mechanical answer to the citation failure
both agentic eras keep hitting (ours too — see line 7): no claim ships without a fetchable
receipt; failed fetches declared; corrections in place. the six-checks validator pattern is
reusable by any agency. 5 · SNAP experiments with the tier ladder — the court's own words invite
experiments; the four-tier ladder (composed → self-reported → receipt-backed → assayed) is
the honest grammar for them: it says what each result can and cannot claim.
THE SCALE NOTE — this grammar extends
the structure of this page is a register, not a one-off: a
counterparty (MAHA is the first) · discourse lines receipted on both sides · symbiosis
lanes · settlement paths. a university enters as a counterparty with its
nutrition-science curriculum; a gov-health agency with its dietary guidelines (the
DGA comparison is half-built already — our shortfall receipt measures against its own
tables); an agro institution with its crop standards (bEarth's land-and-nitrogen
arithmetic is the ruler). each new counterparty is a register entry and its receipts —
the discourse scales by the same law it runs on: cite or the row stays silent.
outreach is founder-hands only, always — a page composes, a person carries (the bIQ
pattern); no seat transmits to any institution.
THE RECORD — every receipt on this page
External citations open in a new tab so this page and session stay put.
fetch honesty: this seat's direct fetches of
hhs.gov and the report PDFs timed out on this network this session; the primary-document
links are cited by record (title, office, date) with verification owed on fetch, and the
event rows are receipted to the news of record as named. failed fetches are declared,
never zeroed — the same law we ask of anyone.
